Scotcharoos
Rice krispie squares with a butterscotch twist
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. rice krispies
- 1/2 c. butterscotch
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Bring 1/2 c. Karo syrup and 1/2 c. sugar to boil.
- Add 1/2 c. peanut butter and stir until dissolved.
- Pour over 3 c. rice krispies and mix thoroughly.
- Press into cake pan.
- Melt and frost with 1/2 c. butterscotch and 1/2 c. chocolate chips.
